Wolf89
Well I'm re-painting my bloodthirsters due to some being from earlier editions of 40k where I was (in some cases) in the 7th grade painting a bloodthirster. I wanted to do something different that I had before, their wings. The old color I used was a simple black with a codex grey dry brush that was simple and effective for the most part, but it didn't make him "pop". So I thought a conrasting blue~ish ( I love my blues don't I, I'm quite comfortable with them over the other colors) color to his wings would really make them stand out on the tabletop. So I tried something different and I hope you guys like it. Only the left wing on my one bloodthirster is fully done, I wanted to test it on one thirster before I go repainting the rest. C&C always welcome. http://img81.imageshack.us/img81/4450/dsc01010ka5.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/147835-re-doing-bloodthirsters/ Share on other sites

Wolf89
it looks alright to me ;) Then the chaos gods are pleased they resemble tyranid colors! hooray! :( I think I'll go with this color for the wings, it does bring the attention to them, (and away from my bloodletters ;) ).
