I like the color scheme and the theme. I suggest a name like Eternal Warriors or The Eternals to reflect the belief of life after death. The Ankh symbol was used in Egypt to represent life.

The Tomb Guardians?

Perhaps they live on a desert world near Terra, and believe they are one of the first chapters that would respond, if an enemy attacked.

 

The Sand Raiders?

This was actually an old idea of mine once, it didn't work that well since I was a noob. But I'm sure you could pull it off great. This Chapter is fleet based and are experts in desert fighting and combat against Ork and Tau Xenos. They take great pride in their Land "Sand" Raider vehicles and equip their Dreadnaughts with Tallarn pattern Sentinel-like legs, to increase speed on the dunes of desert planets.

 

The Iron Vultures?

This chapter is renown for their ability to finish off an already wounded enemy. On Lastarus Prime a major Ork offensive was stopped by an Imperial Guard/ PDF force, the Iron Vultures did not help in the battle at all. However as the wounded and wearied Orks fled back to their Roks the Iron Vultures swept down in Thunderhawks and Drop Pods. The Iron Vultures were viscious and killed every Ork with no remorse. Although the Imperial Guard forces took massive casualties, the Orks were completely annihilated.
