WarpSpawn Posted October 15, 2008 Share Posted October 15, 2008 They cannot get any upgrade themselves that gives the infiltration USR. They can get outflank from the Whitescars special character. Also, they can hook up with Shrike and infiltrate through his influence. Pretty sure Infiltrate is one of the skill granted by Sicarius as well. So basically, special characters only if you want infiltrating marines. (Edited to make a bit more sense after I read the OP properly.)
