the jeske
ok but it would be really really short . there is no such thing as a legion force being small , working without informing what they do to te higher ups . at least not for the WB . as soon as you stop anwsering the calls they send a kill team after you. plus what would a leader of the WB gain from allying himself with the IW[aside for using them as gun fodder , but IW may not like that] . but the main problem is .. the WB are on the other side of the galaxy . the IW sit in the eye and the WB are in the storm. Rain
The Iron Warriors are paranoid and don't like to ally with other legions, this was specifically stated in the last codex when the legions actually had fluff. If anything, they might ally with the Black Legion or Night Lords or something, but I don't see them trusting religious fanatics such as Word Bearers, also a Warsmith would probably have very little regard for the visions of a Dark Apostle and the other WB's would probably not appreciate the skepticism. Kor Phaeron rules over the forge world of Ghalmek in the Maelstrom, Lorgar is still leading his troops from his daemonworld Sicarus (sp?) in the eye. But yeah, I doubt they'll word together. BL, WB and IW are the only legions that have remained their legion strength. Which makes me wonder why the WB's haven't invaded Ultramar yet and get rid of their arch-enemies. Tens of thousands against a chapter? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/149512-wb-or-iw/page/2/#findComment-1745551 Share on other sites

Captain Malachi
Which makes me wonder why the WB's haven't invaded Ultramar yet and get rid of their arch-enemies. Tens of thousands against a chapter? Because the ultra players would throw a hissy-fit most likely.
