dark_inquisitor
I'm planning on making an inquisitor on a bike, with his retinue also trailing on two wheels. Are their any rules to support this, or is this strictly artistic? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/150140-modelling-inquisitor/ Share on other sites
Imperator Mos
Not in an =][=nquisition codex. You could use SM or CSM I guess. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/150140-modelling-inquisitor/#findComment-1744562 Share on other sites
dark_inquisitor
but it's fieldable, right? or is a rules nazi going to come through my window? in toehr words, is it playable at a tournament, ro more suitable for garage time-wasters? Venenum
There is no provision in either inquisition codex to mount inquisitors on bikes. As Imperator Mos stated, you could you the SM rules to represent this. However, in order to avoid the rules lawyers you would have to do one of the following three things: A ) Use an SM Parent list with inquisitorial allies B ) Be playing Apocalypse which has a much looser rule set C ) Have your opponent OK it before you start the night's gaming -Venenum Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/150140-modelling-inquisitor/#findComment-1745067 Share on other sites

Even if that weren't an issue the only retinue unit allowed to take wargear is the Acolyte, which has a 15 point spending limit and thus couldn't afford a bike anyway. Really, only way to do a bike-mounted Inquisitor and retinue is to negotiate it out with every opponent before the match, which has all kinds of problems like agreeing on points cost since there's nothing listed in the WH and DH codices. It would definately be illegal for play in any official tournament for that reason. Senseilord Ashahara
It'll look cool and chicks would dig it (the only two reasons to field or do anything, ever) but it'd only be possible to use them with your mates. I'd like to see the rational too. I'd prefer to see them mounted on horses. The ladies go weak for a cavalry man.
