Love your conversion work, shorts. Just wanted to say your work inspired me to take a shot at using plasticard and making my own vehicle. Granted, I'm nowhere near your level, but still, thanks, bud.

Thanks! DO it man! Take loads of pics! Come back to me after you finish, so I can tell you something =-D

Well I was going to tell you that its a pain..but it seems you have a knack for it =-D

I don't feel like working on the tank itself..because..I'M MISSING A WHOLE LOT OF PIECES!!!!

I don't know where one of the Frag Grenade Launchers are...I'm missing the multi-melta...and most likely some stuff I haven't discovered I'm missing yet.

Here is the Command Thingie (magnetized..for some reason..), the Multi-Melta Gunner, and the Dark Angels Sergeant Chronus. And the pieces I will be using for Chronos in and out of the pintle.

This guy is the gunner, not Chronus.

I thought I posted this!!!

Sorry gents..and lady-gents. =-D

Heres my Chronus. Neither are done because I'm in need of another DA upgrade box... The Megabattleset has finally run dry.. =-( The standing Dark Angels Chronus (that we decided that since hes DA, hes gets a powerfist (I don't have any pointing fingers, so bear with me)) is done...to an extent that he can be. The other needs a bit more greenstuff work.

Better pictures of both when they are done will be provided, but my DSLR is being wonky right now, so I'm using my normal pocket camera.

The GS on the in-tank Chronus, I will be giving them both hooded heads, or something of the sort.

Added some more.

The head doesn't seem right, so I might have to take a helmet, and make it look like he has a hood, but its off at the moment.

looking good mr shorts. however, i question the need for a tank commander to have a backpack with a banner attached. how would he get back down inside the tank with that thing on? just a thought :)

i have all the metal bits and the multi-melta from a crusader if you'd like them. I have been watching this thing for a while now, and it is sorely tempting me to build it. keep up the good work!

Thanks. I thought that too at one point and said "you know what..I don't care...he doesn't look awesome enough without one" Don't you agree? =-D He wouldn't normally get out of the tank anyways..he only comes out when the tank explodes (hes Chronus you know.. =-D )

looks awesome, i like the hatch with just the head sticking out, almost as if the sargeant has told him to see whether theyn were nearly there yet

"are we there yet?"

"nope..."

"damn..."

"are we there yet?"

"SHUT UP!! Or Emperor help me you will have an @$$ hole where your face used to be!"

Ohh....I might have to take that offer from you. What would you want for it? (PM me.) It is tempting to build. I'll be starting #2 when I get enough cash..and I won't lose any bitz...and I'll model the inside like Dogma too!

Can't wait to see what this looks like.

Personally, I would have simply gone for a longer wider landraider rather than the dual track layout. I don't think they look that great and there is a reason you don't see many real life vehicles as such. From an engineering and mechanical standpoint it would be hideously complicated and offer little to no benefit. In fact im thinking it would actually be a hinderance, yet another set of vunerable tracks to sieze for whatever reason and become a litteral dead weight.

I wouldn't mind attempting something similar but I have stupid amounts to do already on other projects.

Still, good luck and as I said, can't wait to see what it looks like <_<

Spent a good hour of my life working on the grid thats going to hold up the top plate on my Land Raider...I'm quite pleased. I used plastic glue, so that its one "solid" piece. Its going to be solid...er.

http://i562.photobucket.com/albums/ss63/Shortsonfire82/IMG_0522.jpg

This is the piece thats going to hold the Missiles.. I just need to clean it up some more.

And this thing has a big enough surface area where the missiles don't fall down =-D

Nothing?

This past few days, from Thursday to Sunday, my school band went up to Seattle to compete against bands around the country. Our Choir program, jazz, and wind groups all together got 19 awards. We got 1 bronze, 1 silver, 6 golds, 2 personal best jazz solo awards (out of 4 given out to the whole competition), and 9 sweepstakes awards. Those are the highest awards there.

Enough of that, we swept the floor. =-D While there, I met the owner of Rogue-Market. Tesla, or Justin, and we completed a trade. We originally agreed to trade via mail, but decided that it would be easier to just meet and do it personally =-D So I got a Land Raider Redeemer and 5 ranged Terminators =-D

I now have enough pieces to 'finish' my LRE. Including replacing missing parts. =-D I've secured another trade with someone, so I can make my Redeemer into a Phobos. So I have 4 sets of TL lascannons coming to me soon =-D

Its been a long time since I've handled a normal sized Land Raider...and they seem EVEN smaller without weapons.

yes yes...we've seen SO many size comparison pictures...enough with it!
Sorry.. =-D

I'm just flabbergasted...

PS..I don't play Magic, I'm borrowing my friend's deck, because I'm making an Asian Themed deck. =-D PM me about it if you want to hear =-D

C&C? =-D
