Normally, rapid-fire weapons have a range of 24 inches and can fire two rounds with a range of 12 inches (the rulebook specifically mentions 12). My question is about the Sternguard Veteran's vengeance rounds. They are listed as having a range of 18 inches; does this mean that they have a rapid fire range of 9 inches or the standard 12? If this occurs, the firing model makes a single armor save.
