Momento Mori
Hi all, Painted this fella a while back. Never got around to finishing the base though. Still wonder whether there should have been some gloss warnish on there... C+C welcome! http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d24/UltraGigan/DG4.jpg http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d24/UltraGigan/DG3.jpg http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d24/UltraGigan/DG2.jpg (please excuse the dust!) Skull_Lord
 :P Thats amazing, but i think it could use some Gloss Varnish on the pustles and boils and such. And of cource a nice (simple-ish) base that doesent take away from the dread itself
Momento Mori
Thanks Skull_Lord. I actually gave this to a friend, but have another one on the way to do. Now that I have dabbled with the FW stuff I know what to expect hehe.

Momento Mori
Thanks everyone! It took the best part of a week to paint, as I did it in sections, the legs first, then the torso, then the arms before sticking them on. The pose is actually as it comes, no modifications at all, other than the posing. It really is a great piece to work on, and plenty of details to get your claws into. I hope to make my next one better, and, of course, finish the base! :P
Brother-Captain Temeter
Looks like something that's been dead and rotting a long time. The pustules add to the character of rotting. Eating dinner while looking at the Dreadnought was a very bad idea. Ergo, Nurgleicious! Excellent work, traitorous former brother. (j/k)
Hailfyre
this pushes me further to starting a nurgle army... disgusting model too. disgusting meaning awesome of course.
