kalle
hai guys . i just got my AoBR box and was painting the dread when i got this brilliant idea . i had a piece of "sceenery" from a macragge box and i tought i would use it as base for the dread instead of the booring round one :D . ill post some pics as soon as i figure out how ... thanks and goodbye Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/151082-basing-a-dread/ Share on other sites
ZiggyStardust
Yeah, show some pics! Agree that the base from AoBR is boring, I'm gonna use it as diorama base and then order a textured base from a bitz-site. kalle
i dont know really its like two times wider but not as long as the dread base , i dont really know how this works while playing but it sure looks better xD . Gresiloth
That's all very well in terms of appearance, but it is WAY bigger than the standard dread base, which could prove awkward! Nicely done though, and good idea. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/151082-basing-a-dread/#findComment-1764328 Share on other sites
