St. Celestine

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

I don't have much to say but I recently painted up a St. Celestine for a friend and I thought I would share it with you all. I know most of you are like me and just like to see finished stuff.

It's definitely one of the best figs I've painted up. I hope you all like it.

Enjoy...

As I said in real life before I accidentally stepped on it with my Berzerker boots, very nice. It's too bad you couldn't have lit the picture up a bit more. In real life the treatment you gave the metals is some of your best work yet (IMHO).

To CORBULO! The guy who'll spend twice as long on female models over his beloved Blood Angels!

Ah yes, the tread from the Berzeker boot still lingers.

The free-hand on the cape wasn't as difficult as I thought, just time consuming. I'd never done something like that before an almost left it just red. But seeing as I put effort into all the other parts I decided to put in some extra time on the design for the cape.

Thanks for the kind words guys.
