Looking at a fully painted army is a very nice thing to do. :( But I think there is room for improvement. Especially when painting with a lot of washes painting in a clean style helps a lot. The armor on the Ultramarines looks good, but details such as the breast eagles or the eye lenses look a little messy. Mixing washes 2:1 with water will help to get rid of this nasty tears and paint blobs. On large, plan surfaces washes tend to be less usefull. I once saw a Grey Knight Land Raider that had 5 layers of wash. Last tip: Use a silver spray to base coat you minis. The Grey Knights I saw had a silver base coat.
