Pig Of Sparta
Hi guys, I need a little help with something. What kind of insignia could/would be displayed on a heresy era/scouring era captain's right shoulder guard if he bears his chapter/legion markings on his left shoulder? I've had a flick through a couple of the Horus Heresy art books but they mostly show squads and individuals with just legions markings and either a blank shoulder guard or contemporary tactical and assault markings. I also looked at the Rogue Trader era space maring markings, but I'm not too keen on the captain's 'stripes' used back then either, so I'm in need of some information and inspiration please.... Cornelias
use the imperialis or as it's more commonly known "the winged skull" which was originally used as the campaign badge for loyalist forces. Pig Of Sparta
I was thinking of maybe using an Iron Halo with an Iron Skull inside, would that be appropriate for a captain? Although the Imperialis does lend inself well to my purpose, and is infact being held as a back up, I think it's too Imperial Army/Guard like to sit well on a marine. Pig Of Sparta
I'm moving this topic to General PCA, I think I probably put this in the wrong place when I started it.
