Wolf89
Well as someone else pointed out in a previous thread about the ard boyz being won by Chaos Daemons, I noticed that Space Wolves had won best general in the Baltimore GT's double's tournament. -Scroll down to the bottom and click on "40kdblsfinal" and it'll send you to the results in a pdf format- You'll notice that the SW player's partner was a chaos player! Well... at least it wasn't SW's pairing up with dark angels... no telling how bad that would be... oh wait, the latter armies there was 2 teams that consisted of SW's pairing up with DA's... go figure they lost  . I guess the wolves can't get stuff done when they're distracted by the DA's prancing about trying to steal their thunder. :D Probably a few fist fights before each battle didn't help them win either. Either way, it's good to see other wolf players doing good. Also I'm betting the wolves player is the one on the right with the beard... he just seems more like the 'type' according to our more recent space wolf post about what we look like and whatnot. ;) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/152538-space-wolves-in-the-spotlight-again/ Share on other sites
Bran Scalphunter
Heresy! Lies! Slander! Dress Marines! :P *begins rampaging through Fang, roaring about the injustice of it all* Hey, a Wolf got Best General? *drops Random Nameless Blood Claw he was to pulverize* Eh, I can settle for that, just make sure he gets the trophy and not the stinking Traitor scum that he was partnered with. Good to hear we're getting some uv da lurve frum GW again. And Russ be tanked that he fits the SW player's requirements. WarPanda
How did you know that one of the winners was a SW player? Is there a listing of the armies? Wolf89
How did you know that one of the winners was a SW player? Is there a listing of the armies? My original post clearly states " -Scroll down to the bottom and click on "40kdblsfinal" and it'll send you to the results in a pdf format-" Clicking on this will take you to the page that you then follow my instructions... that is scrolling down to the bottom to find 40kdblsfinal and you'll see the results where it shows the armies and how they did. ;) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/152538-space-wolves-in-the-spotlight-again/#findComment-1777603 Share on other sites
Venter_Of_Russ
Lets not forget that despite our rivalry, the Dark Angels are our brothers before any others. Russ and Jonson swore an oath of brotherhood and friendship in the days after the Emperor fell. The rivalry persists, but it just makes them fight hardest when the other is present. I'd stand my wolves alongside the children of the Lion before the Ultrasmurfs anyday. -Wolf Lord Venter Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/152538-space-wolves-in-the-spotlight-again/#findComment-1777821 Share on other sites

Roguemarine
he was playing with a cult army at the GT so he played with some of the junk he already had with him for it, made sure that there was a unit of thousand sons running right next to the blood claws though, we got a lot of laughs out of our opponents for that one. I would have pissed myself laughing! :D I wish you got a photo... :P I could see Space Wolves and Chaos being an unstoppable force... not much can handled outdated overpowered wargear from 3rd edition matched with updated overpowered wargear from 5th edition... :D Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/152538-space-wolves-in-the-spotlight-again/#findComment-1784437 Share on other sites
