madscuzzy
Something I did for a someone... not sure if he wants to play with these, but I suspect he just likes the look of them... http://scuzworks.com/SL40K/chaos/Nurgle%20Marines/champ.jpg http://scuzworks.com/SL40K/chaos/Nurgle%20Marines/melta.jpg http://scuzworks.com/SL40K/chaos/Nurgle%20Marines/plasma.jpg http://scuzworks.com/SL40K/chaos/Nurgle%20Marines/HB.jpg http://scuzworks.com/SL40K/chaos/Nurgle%20Marines/possessed.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/152784-nurgle-marines/ Share on other sites
Atilak
They look like nurgle army even without green stuff... Good painting skill.. When you add some GS they will be impressive... Iacton
Really smooth looking greens and browns there. http://i247.photobucket.com/albums/gg148/Iacton/Smilies/thumbs.gif I like the possessed model best of all. They are probably too "clean" for truly Nurgly marines, but that doesn't detract from the excellent job that you have done on them. I think, quite the contrary, that they look more nurgly then the usual over-cluttered models that come out of most modelings.. I never liked the models that looked like someone painted them with glue and then randomly dropped them in sawdust and sand before painting them... Clean can still be Nurgle, because "clean" in this case just means "uncluttered". Love the rusty feeling the general colouring gives... Iacton
You're quite right. I agree entirely as far as that is concerned. I certainly wouldn't go for the "overdone" look either. It was just an observation, not a criticism ;) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/152784-nurgle-marines/#findComment-1779931 Share on other sites
