Next up will be weaponry in a couple of days (Im finnishing up my studies and have to defend a thesis in a couple of days, after which I will be very close to finnished with my academic education). His main weapon is the Runesword Mjallnar which could cut the mountains of Fenris asunder while being a force weapon to boot. Also the rune gem is better than the wolf skull i guess...Russ spent his first years living with the wolves i dont think he'd go on killing em just for the hunt... Mother dear? Nah, Im not going to do skulls galore on him, just the helmet. If I can make it look good. Claws though, and I was thinking other things like pelts etc... cheers guys. This really makes me think of Russ returning for the "wolf time". Centuries in the eye fighting alone. But, maybe it's just me :) Great stuff. Bran Scalphunter Posted January 13, 2009 Share Posted January 13, 2009 Personally, I like #1 most of all. It has a "world-weary, 10k year old, crazy-arse Wulfen Primarch dude" look to it. Even if he's Russ, I highly doubt he would look the same after 10,000 years of ganking Chaos in the Eye. Besides, that beard and mustache looks epically feral, something that appeals to me in the epically feral little thing I call a heart. Go for #1 but make his hair reddish but somewhat grey or silvery. That way it'll have a grizzled look. It will have a crackling power going through it (as it is described that way). It's supposed to be made out of a tooth of a "Kraken" from Fenris' oceans. Some say they are Tyranid species, some say they are something else. The only real refference I have to the sword is the sword of Ragnar. I don't like that sword, so my question to you is: -Jagged tooth (like a shark tooth) or more like the shell of a crustacean (still shaped like a sword of course!)? Yes, but that pic is taken from the 2nd edition codex and listed as Leman Russ... so... no matter how much it looks like Ragnar... it's not.
