A fanart of Ragnar Blackmane

What the thread says.. I made this fanart of Ragnar Blackmane fighting some tyranids with his batte brothers.. and since my Space Wolves v.s Kraken-diorama was so much appreciated earlier this year, I though maybe you guys wanted to see this too ;)

 

A lot of details and small things that kidan crushed the picture, made it hard to see what's what.. but I tried some of Mark Gibbons' style with this one, and although it's not nearly as dark as his pictures, I think I'm slowly getting there :D

busy yes, but i feel that most battle (particularly those in the future) should be painted/drawn to look busy, there aren't really lines of battle any more. i think it is great. would love to see it in color.

This is a very good render of a battle.

I tell everyone I see doing great things that there is alway room for improvement, and this is the same for you (even seasoned veterans such as Gibbons, England or Goodwin can improve still ;) )

I like your sensation of detail.
