New Marshal in town

Just completed my marshal for the 4th expansion crusade. Not much of an expansion on my part but I don't have much free time so this was all I knew I could complete. I posted the finished Marshal in the expansion post as well but thought I would post it here in case anyone wanted to comment. He still needs a name.

I'm not the best painter but Im very happy with how he came out. The shield seems a little too colorful but the overall shield design was too close to a Templar Cross for me not to paint it that way. I went for a White Cross with red trim theme for the shield to approximate the chapter logo. If you notice there is not a lot of room on the model to put a chapter symbol on him anyway. I added a small white templar cross to his right shoulder pad where I could squeeze it in but it is still partially covered by a purity shield. I am curious how he will perform on the table top. The current storm shield rules for us are not as good as codex marines but what the heck, I painted him so he WILL see table time.

ach, I painted the shield on mine exactly the same way. Exactly! So I guess I'm gonna have to repaint mine before the deadline.... But they look good, looking forward to the others.
