Can Puritans use Zealots

Fluff-wise? Absolutely. They aren't mutants or witches or anything, they're solid Imperial citizens filled with righteous hate. What better tool for a Puritan to use? Having said that, certainly using zealots might be against the style/beliefs/operating doctrines of some particular Puritan Inquisitors.

Rule-wise I'm unfortunately unable to tell you, as I can't find my copy of the Zealots pdf they used to have on the UK site (I think I may have lost it migrating my stuff to my new computer). But fluff-wise you're fine.

In the rules, there really isn't a distinction between radical and puritan witch hunters (even if there might be for daemonhunters-- I don't know, don't have that codex)..

Oh there's a very notable difference game-wise.

Radical Daemonhunters cannot field any Grey Knight Units. :P

and they can use Daemonhosts <_<

If anything, I would say Radicals are less likely to use Zealots. Zealots will have no problems fighting with a Puritan (and often similarly zealous) Inquisitor, but will probably take exception to fighting with a Radical Inquisitor and his Daemonhost.
