vanguard or grey knights?

I'm having trouble deciding what I want to do for my forward LR element. I have done assterms to death, wanna try something different tonight. Thinking either GK or vanguard. I've done GK before but not vanguard since the new codex came out. Here's my thinking:

GK Pros

- WS5

- S6

- shroud

- psychic hood

- troops, so score

- storm bolters

- 1 PW

Van pros

- 1 more attack

- 3 more PW and 1 more PF

- combat tactics

Both will probably be fearless from running with cassius, so that's a wash between using GK fearless or not having it.

Here is the surrounding list:

HQ:

chaplain cassius

Troops:

scout squad, sniper rifles x 4, ML, camo cloaks, telion

tac squad, +5, flamer, ML, PW, rhino

Heavy:

Vindicator, DB

Whirlwind

Land Raider, MM

The last spot is either:

Vanguard vets, +5, 4PW, PF

or

Grey Knights, +5, psychic hood.

The cassius thing was just for flavor. The role I wanted was a chappy for the rerolls and inv save, although libby would be fun too. Actually, he ended up doing really well though when I played this army last night. T6 and FnP made him stand against a hive tyrant and two shooty fexes, which all went down (with the rest of cassius' squad of course) leaving just his bionic marine ass standing.

I chose the vanguard squad with 1 RB 2 PF and it did pretty well despite bad timing. Ironically, the fists died before attacking, leaving me with a relic blade sargeant (basically a justicar) and cassius on turn 3, so it wouldn't have mattered which I took (although the justicar would have had WS5 and a psychic hood). The RB took out one of the shooty fexes in hth on a charge all by himself, that was pretty fun (cassius didn't wound). Justicar couldn't have done that with only 3 attacks on the charge.

Hard to say based on that game... jury's still out for me.
