Question 1: Does instant death also count with close combat, like someone with more than one wound gettting hit by a power fist s10 and he only has t4?

Question 2: If i have a Terminator with a power weapon and a storm bolter, will he get and extra attack?

Question 3: After units do a pile in move, during the next assault phase does any unit get a bonus for assaulting?

Question 4: Can my dreadnought counter attack seeing that its is a space wolf, and space wolves counter attack?

1: Yes, Instant Death counts in CC (Power fists on marines are only str 8)

2. No. A storm bolter is not a close combat weapon

3. No. Only a unit assaulting that phase gets the assault bonuses.

4. I have no idea.

2. No. A storm bolter is not a close combat weapon - unless the model using it has True Grit /Check the special rules for True Grit

3. No. Only a unit assaulting that phase gets the assault bonuses.

4. I have no idea.

Not disagreeing here. Just added the bolded part

Re. 4. Do the Dreadnought list the Counter Attack as one of its Special Rules in its armylist entry?

Looking at the special rules section of the SW codex, it only excludes Long Fangs from the counter attack rule. Otherwise, it appears to be an armywide rule.

Technically then, I think venerable dreads probably do get to counter attack, the point reinforced a bit by the fact that the crew is described as a space wolf as well I think.

Even if this is the case though, I do not believe normal dreads can as they are chosen from Codex: Space Marines, which certainly does not mention SW special rules or SW crew.

I guess this is just one of those things they did not give any thought to when they wrote the codex though, as it did not matter for a single, non-IC model in 3rd/4th editions.

As the rules are written for all units then I don't see why the venerable dreadnought would not get it. It after all gets the other traits such as the blood fued and acute senses. As the dreadnought entry is still in C:SW and just refering to C:SM for the rules would it not still count as a Space Wolf unit (as would any bikes, tanks etc?).

Re. 4. Do the Dreadnought list the Counter Attack as one of its Special Rules in its armylist entry?

True Grit with stormbolters only works for Grey Knights, and the DH codex specifically says that Grey Knight Terminators don't get True Grit. So, there is no situation I know of where terminators get True Grit with stormbolters.
