Shortsonfire79
For 6 years, its good. Maybe you could try highlights? And for that Dreadnought, is that panel white or is it glare? Monstra Sumus
Aye, i'll be highlighting the whole damn lot of them, I was just seeing how bad my skills had rusted up after six years. The dread armour plate is infact white, I haven't gotten around to dulling it down with some wash but i'm going for battle scarring and possibly putting a list of fallen brothers names with a precision brush Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/157130-the-knights-vermillion/#findComment-1842249 Share on other sites

Monstra Sumus
Lol, Bah! Nah, they are anti-corsair to the max, I just happen to love the paint shceme, but i'll be trimming them with gold or a bronze Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/157130-the-knights-vermillion/#findComment-1842673 Share on other sites

Dosjetka
Any more coming? :) These look good, though I don't get why some Astartes are black and the others red and black? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/157130-the-knights-vermillion/#findComment-2312241 Share on other sites
Rapture747
Your Rhino gunners are riding high. I think the legs are meant to be put through the bottom not sit on the top. I recently had to disassemble my own tank commander for the same reason. It was very sad. The paint is looking good overall, but is awesome on the extra gear. I really like the writing on the cloth, the plasma pistol, and the power weapon. Very well done. When I get my claws on a camera there shall be updates of d00m. As to the colours, all of my veteran/command units are black and silver and all the bogstandards are black and red. I dont have a very strict painting regime so I paint whatever I feel like painting at the time! Your Rhino gunners are riding high. Yeah the Rhino needs some work before I decide to base it and paint it. Its still only plastics after all this time, been more concerned with the other mini's. Thanks for the comment though, i'll get you some better pics of the plasma and i've touched up a few of the banners and cloth.
