Dusktiger
these are a couple pics of an ultramarine based DIY i decided to start my 40K hobby with. some of them still have a few little details to color in, and i only took shots of particular ones, since one bolter marine looks the same as the next. these are my first attempts at painting GW minis. Xavyer Jubal
lookin good, u might want to slap on some ink or the new GW washes on ur metals to get a bit of depth in them, ur beginnings are looking good X Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/157224-diy-imperial-knights/#findComment-1838719 Share on other sites
Combat_Vet
I wish my first mini looked like these LOL great work so far. I would agree with the need for ink to tone and add depth to the metals. I can't tell by the picture, but you may want to add a touch of grey to the black for the same reason. Great start! better days, Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/157224-diy-imperial-knights/#findComment-1838724 Share on other sites
