So here's a few little extras for my Great Company I've been tossing around, first a WIP Iron Priest and a semi-true scale Haeger model.

Oh and yes the Iron Priest is converted from an Iron Warriors Warsmith. So whatcha guys think?

Haeger is going to look fantastic,

Not really sure what to say about the Iron Priest yet. The green stuff needs to take more of a shape I think.

Keep us posted

I moved the skull back and added fangs, I also added the wolf skull from the top of the SW back banner to his right knee, but he still doesn't feel... wolfy enough. I'm trying to decide what to do about that. Maybe fangs around the Thunder Hammer... I'm not sure.

One question, where is the bucket for haegers leg? he's always stuck in one. ^_^

While it was very funny the one time Haeger got his foot stuck in a tankard, I don't think even the might(il)y amusing Haeger would go to war with a bucket on his foot. But that's just me. ;)

Good stuff, I need you over at my house as one of those "coaches" to get me going on my minis... you just keep going and going on with this stuff.

Hehe thanks, I would really like to get all my currently primed models done for this weekend, I doubt it will happen but I'm going to try and in between painting I'm dabling in a few conversions. My army didn't have an Iron Priest, I had 2 Techmarines and a Warsmith sitting in a box... why not?

Ok here's an update on the Iron Priest, I've added a plate to his shoulder pad that says Iron Wolf etched into the GS, I've also added a Wolf Skull and Stone Casing to the Thunderhammer, the stone is encasing the back part of the hammer which is then wrapped in GS "metal" bands with a bolt where they cross, the bolt and the bands are all etched with Space Wolf Runes.

So... whatcha guys think? Anything else I should do to "wolfy" this guy up or is he ready for primer and paint?

They both look very nice. The only thing I would add is some sort of pelt to your iron priest. Not too large, just a small pelt coming of the back, or a loin cloth, etc.

If you look at the earlier pics you'll see that there's a small wolf pelt on his left leg. The right has a wolfy skull icon. I was thinking about having a pelt coming off the back but there's too many cables and things and I couldn't find a place where one would look good without getting in the way, so the knee it is.

Very nice work.

Thanks :).
