Id say cut a bit of plasticard that is a bit thicker than the belt, tack it on one end with super glue, wait for the glue to fully set, then you should be able to ply the rest of the card round with ease but stick with super glue as it dries fast enough to hold it down. once thats done you can trim the belt down to the correct thinness and it should look fine!

Started on these last night, marine on the left is there for scale comparison, they will all be greenstuffed like the one that already is, what do you guys think of the scale / poses, look natural to you?

Try bulking out the thighs - they look a little too thin. I had the same problem when I was building a couple of truescale marines. I used a couple of the Terminator groin guards to act as armour for the thigh. Just trim the piece on the back of the guard and glue in place.
