I've been planning to do the same thing myself but don't want to ruin the model. I had curved the helmet out. That´s much easier then the face. The conversions in this army are fantastic, such as the Lizardman helmet for the termie captain, Pig Iron Games helmets for the scouts, flame decals... the list goes on.
