Q: How do bikes shoot?

I'm considering including some assult bikes for my army. However, I'm a bit confused by the rules.

1. The profile says an assult bike has two marines, a pistol and a heavy bolter on it, but the assult bike models always have a heavy bolter and two boltgun-like weapons in front of the driver. I really don't think these two weapons are pistols... <_< So, are they 'pistols'?

2. Well, the rule book states that a bike with two passengers can fire a weapon per passenger. Is that so that an assult bike can fire a pistol shot and a heavy bolter shot per shooting phase?

3. For assulting, how many attacks does an assult bike have?

If you can answer these questions I would be very grateful~~:D

PS. The profile of Vindicator demolisher cannon says it is ordanace 1 (page 80, Codex) but the summary says it is ord.1 with barrage. Which one is true?

Also of note...sigh..my 3000th post...how doth warp time flies! <_<

Corpus :D

1. The weapons are standard on bikes, and are called twin-linked bolters

2. Attack bikes can fire one gun per marine, e.g. 1 heavy bolter and the twinlinked bolters, even after having moved 12"

3. Attack bikes get the 2 attacks listed in their profile. When they charge, they get an additional attack. They dont get any more.
