Sister Rosette Soulknyt
Oh Please... Ive seen the quality of plastics over the years (ive been painting miniatures from various ranges for over 20 years, and my opinion trust me the current quality of the new plastics is just as good as metal, if not better in some ways. Have you tried to convert a metal space marine to a plastic... its so much easier for everyone, its easier to paint, resculpt and remodel how you like it. Have you tried to convert a metal Battle Sister??? its not possible unless you want to changer her head, so dont complain. I own a Apocolypse size SoB army probably around 10,000 points and as much as i love each miniature id just love to increase them with plastic. Maybe see the same quality as SM. new characters, tanks and line troops. Atleast with your GK you have the option to convert them.... jakehunter52
If that's true, then the Sisters would hopefully not be that far behind. I'd really hope for more models, especially models with combiweapons and more helmeted models... Just for you Melissia, there was mention of plastic sisters....but without the robes. Hehehehehe :P That will be interesting. I fully agree that the quality has largely improved, but looking at my Coteaz models, I haven't seen at least an SM plastic model as detailled and all the new SM characters and elite troops are still metal. So let me know where I can get plastic models as good as you describe them to be and I'll order a load. When it comes to GK amd converting I don't really feel choosing between some different arms is really converting. It is beyond what you can do with sisters (I got about around 30 myself and always hated that I couldn't make my Celestias look any more elite than the standard troops), but far from what I would call converting. It is merely an assembly choice Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/157857-new-plastic-gk-in-the-horizon/page/2/#findComment-1849885 Share on other sites
