Ok, i have a chaplain IC he is equiped with termies honors, power fists, and crozium arcanium. iv always just rolled with his attacks as 5 power fist hits(3 basic, 1-2CCW, 1-TH) do i have to roll seperatley for the 'power weapon' and the PF or do i just roll them as one or the other?

I think the way it works is that you have to choose which one to use, and then all of your attacks are that type of attack. If you choose to use the crozius, you get +1 attack from the power fist, but not the other way round. So if you choose to use the power fist, you will get 4 attacks, but if you use the crozius, you will get 5 attacks. But I'm not completely sure on this.
Yeah but they arent backed by, what was the quote? 80 hypersteroid combat-monkeys in black power armor frothing at the mouth with chainswords chanting the Emperor's name? well, it was something like that. That Big Black Bad Beauty LRC also makes the enemy shake  terrible I know ^.^
You can't post full rules from the rule book so I would edit that out and replace it to a page referance.

Bolter and chainsword rules are here.

Wink is correct. Guys, please quote page numbers wherever possible, and at most a few lines of text to demonstrate your point. Quoting an entire page may sometimes be necessary, but it's still not allowed. In that case, just refer to the page number you need, and reference exactly what text you want highlighted.

Well... Rulebook, page 42 says:

You get no extra attack but can choose each turn to attack with either crozius arcanum or powerfist

Thank-you for self editting!

Now, with that in mind, this post is not strictly BT, and so it doesn't technically belong here... it should be in the rules section of the forums, which is where I shall send it now.
