I haven't taken a pic of the master since i painted him, but looking at him in his raw state i can smile to myself, thinking "yes, my GS-fu has improved in the last 2 years". He was my first big project. The chaplain looks a bit skinny, but the robes are better. Yeah I cut the Grey Knight Halberd arm at the elbow and glued it onto the SM arm. I chopped up the Apothecary arm and added a barrel section from an Ork gun along with some cabling from a butchered Power Fist the fuel canister from a flamer & a couple of ignition points from the flamers to make the Gauntlet of the Forge. I also did some converting with the knees & shoulder pads to bulk them out and create the Artificer Armor. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

konskrypt Posted January 26, 2009 Share Posted January 26, 2009 I'm doing it as a display piece for myself. Saw a thread on here about an army called the Fighting Tigers of Veda. I then went for a bath and my mind started throwing all these images at me (get most of my ideas there tbh lol) This pose really stuck in my head. Will base him jumping from some sort of scenery, then at somwe point after painting do another piece to match up to it, poss duel like. So they can be either together or a individuals.
