The Space Wolves colors are grey or bluish grey, what shade of grey is mostly up to you, it could be almost black, it could be almost sky blue it's so light. Some players choose to paint their wolves other colors, it's not very fluffy but it's your army, you can do what you want.

Fluffwise: No, All SW GC should have the same color for their armours. We are still a chapter and will use a coherent basic painting. A WL can only choose the color of his GC badge in the left shoulder pad (Ragnar´s GC for example had choosen yellow).
