Well, I meant 'we' as in the entirety of the Witchhunters community in general and not just you and me. (Could be if you want but I hardly know you :P)

Point is, if this is intended for the WH codex then it is rather late. The miniature 'Wave' was four-five years ago with nothing since then.

 

And then there is the suggestion to us players that by doing an Inquisitional Storm Troopers release that GW doesn't care about the Sisters and GK any more, considering them unneeded or unnecessary within their respective armies.

If these stormies are truly meant to be replacements for the IG Karsakin (Spelling?) and just coincidently can be used for ISTs then wouldn't it make more sense to release them as par an part of the IG 'wave' or, if it must be Planetstrike, advertise them as being part of the IG. Not just pretending that, 'Look =][= fans and players alike, we haven’t forgotten you, have a look at this'?

 

If they want the =][= fans to not feel like they were left out then they can start with re-releasing the BBB with Sisters and Grey Knights being recognised in the fluff section.

Then start with the much need plastics.

For me I'm just happy to see that there's a sniff of =][= goodness possibly en route, especially as I've long had a hankering to put together an inquisitorial strike force with vakyries.

 

Truth of the matter is that we're not going to see any change to the new rulebook that will give the sisters or GK's any more publicity, not anytime soon anyway. It's the best of a bad situation thats for sure but for the time being at least there's going to be the possibility of some new and improved allies and perhaps more importantly the inquisitorial players out there who don't want to be forced to play with PA units. Hopefully the other thing that we'll be ale to use wil be updated freakshow units if the inquisitor suppliment is to be believed.
