Ok let's see. First off, are both of those HQ's deep striking with the terminators? I would guess they are, but just so you know, you might not see the best results with this as terminators are usually very easy to kite around and shoot down, the only way I've seen them properly delivered into assault is with a Land Raider, DS is usually for triple combi-weapon suicide squads.

 

Only your berzerkers are mounted, this is very bad as with only that rhino and the vindicator being high priority targets that rhino will eat all of the mid-str weapons on the board and probably go down faster than a West Virginia prom date, also foot slogging marines are a bad idea in general, even with run there is no reason not to take a transport when it is 35 points. Why are you using lascannons with the heavy bolters on the predator? You should probably make your predator do one thing or another, if you fire the lascannon at a tank, the HB are wasted and you are better off with the cheaper AC for horde killing.

 

Also Iron Warriors are generally undivided with a slight amount of khorne worship, that list looks more like Black Legion to me, but that's just my take.

btw i dont think characters of mark tzeentch can join squads with mark khorne if thats what you are thinking... but apart from that not bad seems abit to close combat geared for IW though...

Give one of yor HQs wings instead of termy armour and have him fly with the rators, with the space marine chapter master's new point, click, BOOM ability you really don't want two HQs in the same squad. Agree with the point that there's too much cult activity in this list to be fluffy for Iron Warriors. There's nothing wrong with having a squad or two that sits around holding your own objective(s) but your going to want at least two moblie troop choices to take it to the enemy.

Love your list. Will be fun. I'm doing a Termie heavy list myself.

Don't expect it to be supercompetitive but if you're a casual player who goes for fun, i think you'll enjoy it.

Termies are cool after all :D

Though the IW's have Sorcerors, it may be niftier to go with 2 Lords.

2 Termie Lords or 1 Termie Lord and the Warsmith mini (a regular Chaos Lord)

 

IW can certainly use Khorne Berserkers and Raptors, it doesn't go against fluff. But if you want to underline the 'shooty' speciality usually associated with the IW's, you could in time as your army grows, add in some more oblits/Havocs and perhaps a Landraider?
