Purity
I've currently been working on pimping my marines guns and packs, fair play to GW they did a good job, but they're boring now. so I figured, something small and robotic would be much cooler than a car cooling fan and the front end of a warboss strapped to your back, and so i'm using scarabs from necron bitz. I'll GS and file them down later but as of now I'm concentrating on my Commander. I'm also trying to do a primarch/chapter master. Anyways: http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r47/satanat666/DSC00004.jpg http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r47/satanat666/DSC00005.jpg http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r47/satanat666/DSC00006.jpg http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r47/satanat666/DSC00007.jpg http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r47/satanat666/DSC00008.jpg Whaddya think? Rindaris
I think you went a bit thick with the greenstuff. And nothing about it really says Commander to me. Thats probably because of the chainsword. Don't see many commanders wielding a chainsword. And the scarab... makes me think that the necrons somehow found a way to interface with the marines power armor and control them. Purity
The green stuff was a repair job. the waist and body was cut to buggery in the bitz box, and as for the commander bit, I'm doing each model of the command squad. The scarab is the basis, in the post at the top I explained about the packs, It's a WIP too.
