Drac0
So, I got a new camera today and I thought I'd share an old work, one of the first minis I painted, which I'll be finishing soon (hopefully) Here's how Helbrecht looks so far: I still have to work on the face and eyes, the trim on the cape and give some washes/drybrush. Comments and suggestions always welcome. B) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/160295-high-marshal-helbrecht/ Share on other sites

Drac0
For the candles I just give them two thin layers of red and then a wash of either chaos black (a really thin one, more water than paint) or a wash of a darker red, scab red for example. It might take a little practice but its really easier than it looks. Thanks for commenting. :ermm: EDIT: Just remembered, you might want to add a lighter dry brush here and there for the molten wax.
