The paint job is great and the idea is rather dynamic. My only gripe is the tyranid skull's long profile makes the helmet look short and flat to fit the head of a human. I actually had the same idea with a Nid head, but I plan on shaving the head down and only using the Nid "face" and filing down the marine helmet. yours seems to be a lot less work in that sense. Really great looking man. excellent job. Actually it was a bit of a nightmare with all the filing and trying to get it to sit level on top of the helmet but worth it in the end I think.
