eyescrossed
Can a LR Redeemer fire its Flamestorm Cannons so the template is touching its hull? Thanks in advance. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/160446-redeemers/ Share on other sites
Nyyman
I am not sure, but I think that no, as you cannot place template over friendly models. Of course, assuming that your Redeemer is not an enemy to himself... eyescrossed
But what about turret heavy flamers? You'd basically never be able to fire them. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/160446-redeemers/#findComment-1882657 Share on other sites
nighthawks
eyes - have you looked at this current thread: Heavy Flamers on a Turret? it's a pretty interesting discussion. short answer is that it would appear that template weapons themselves are ornamental, the template being placed to the base of the model (ie hull of a vehicle though not actually RAW) and therefor not using the rotation or LOS, position, etc... of the weapon itself.
