Cornishman
Bits: 1x Regular Bolter, 1 x Regular Flamer Tools, Knife, Razor Saw, some green stuff 1. Get your bits. The components and both sides of a completed example as shown. If you want your bolter barrel drilled I recomend drilling it before slicing it off. http://i544.photobucket.com/albums/hh342/Cornishman/Combi-Flamer/Combi-Flamer2copy.jpg 2. Carefully cut the Bolter and Flamer. The straighter the cuts, the better. I found the razor saw very useful for this. Avoid cutting into the parts you will be using http://i544.photobucket.com/albums/hh342/Cornishman/Combi-Flamer/Combi-Flamer2-2copy.jpg 3. Assemble! As can be seen from the diagram this is relatively straight forward, any slight misalignments can be solved be squeezing when glueing, or by filling with green stuff. I like the look provided by 'squaring' up the gun by filling over the flamer barrel so it is inline with the rest of the guns body. I used green stuff though plasti-card will no doubt do as easily. The final stage is to turn the combi-flamer over and to attach the fuel canister to the oppisite side. The fuel canister is made by cutting in half the fuel canister you initially trimmed off the flamer. http://i544.photobucket.com/albums/hh342/Cornishman/Combi-Flamer/Combi-Flamer3copy.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/161515-modelling-combi-flamer-mkiv/ Share on other sites

Cornishman
Nicely done. Very compact and tidy. RoV Thank-you. Comparing it to the combi-plas and combi-meltas about it looks a little top heavy but this can be easily solved http://i544.photobucket.com/albums/hh342/Cornishman/Combi-Flamer/Combi-Flamer5.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/161515-modelling-combi-flamer-mkiv/#findComment-1903953 Share on other sites
