I am not sure which codex I will use (probably Chaos marines or codex marines) .Therefore I want to start a discussion about possible competitive tournament pre-heresy lists(both codices) but these lists should be fluffy as well (no oblits,no assault cannons,no cyclone, no razorbacks etc).
