Bolter and Chainsword Painting Challenge

I have been painting like MAD ...

Trying to complete the Bolter and Chainsword Painting Challenge and fulfil that Oath and

playing and painting in an Escalation League that our club, 40K Fight Club, is running.

Those pictures (sorry about the poor quality as I have a poor camera) are from Fight Club on Thursday nite.

 

These are taken in the early hours of O'Dark thirty on Saturday morning.

Here are three Wolf Guard Leaders, one converted from Telion (that leads snipers) an inexpensive one to OBEL, and a costly one with Power Fist and Combi Melta to OBEL in big point games ...

Here are the models, also assembled , converted , and painted in 2009, not the the Challenge but for our Escalation League. I had no troops assembled and couldn't get the scouts in until 1000 points.

 

Here is my unit of Grey Hunters

(Space Wolf torsos, purity seals, helmets on belts, bearded heads from Marauder Horsemen)

They will be led by one of my Wolf Guard (the one I call Ebn).

 

Here are my Blood Claws

(simple torsos, no purity seals, no helmets, no beards, mostly mohawks, converted Meltagun)

This is the only transport in the army at the 500 point level.

Eventually Iron Father Chronos (not in play) will command a tank in the higher levels.

Here is a Grey Hunter with the Wolf Totem. I dont use the Totem but include the model in my Grey Hunters

So far they are undefeated, but the 500 point Tournament is today.
