question about old Bjorn

I know that Bjorn, now encased in his dreadnaught, sleep for hundreds of years between each battle.

However, I remember reading somwhere that he actually do it because he feel disgusted by what the Imperium has turn into.

 

Is that true? has anyone read this somewhere?

I never ever had read that. It´s true that we wake him only every 1000 years or in direst need of his leadership and advice. We let him sleep cause he´s you link to our long and proud history. He´s as valuable to us like the chamber where our Wolf Priests stores our geneseed. We keep him in stasis to extend his lifetime as long as we can. But every time we wake him it´s harder to do so. I fear even mighty Bjorn will fade away for ever sowhere in the distand future.

honestly ashur, i think i remember reading the same thing somewhere, but i don't know where. so at least your not alone in this belief

It is rumoured that he is left in his slumber upon his own request, his reason’s being known only by him though if anything it is because he does not wish to walk in an imperium that has fallen so far from the one he knew ten millenia ago.

It dosent say where they got it from, so I cant say if it is accurate, but is seems plausible at the very least. I'll buy it
