Very WIP as you can see, I used crumpled foil covered with sculpy to build him, and plan on covering every bit of him in green stuff. The sculpy work is sloppy on purpose as it will be covered anyways, like the "sausages" on his robes, I plan on covering the lower half in feathers. I'm thinking a staff in his right hand and some kind of mutated claw for his left, no clue how I'm going to do the back pack, and mount him on a disk of Tzeentch for a counts as wings kinda situation. Hopefully someone can give me some advice, is there any way to speed up the dry time on green stuff? I can only do one layer of feathers at a time between drying, that's gonna take a lot of time. Second, if I add more sculpy, can I put this thing back in the oven without worrying about making the existing sculpy or green stuff brittle or something just as bad? Thanks for looking, gonna get to work on that head while the feathers dry. let me know what you think of the work so far.

Thanks for the hooray Wokkers! I did enough work last night to warrant an update. The green stuff is slowly, very slowly, creeping its way up that robe. Decided to give re-baking the torso after adding basic torso armor and it worked out fine. I must say , Super Sculpey is fun stuff. After baking you can hit it with a dremel and scrape chunks away very easily with a sharp tool, my head is swimming with the next project....... Chaos Spawn! I threw in a picture to show scale, I've never physically seen a demon prince, but from pictures I think I'm pretty close. By the way Wokkers, you've got a nasty looking Prince yourself. I'll get in a few more hours in tonight and try to solve the back pack issue, I'm really stumped. Later. http://i260.photobucket.com/albums/ii9/smallvictory/IMG_0634.jpg

It is a very promising start, the feathers look great, I'm no good at sculpting. I would really shy away from a space marine like torso and shoulder pads for the sole reason being that is it a daemon prince. I would go with long flowing robes, similar to the Nightbringer C'tan from the Necrons. I have seen some really good Tzeentch Lords of Change online. Google it, and you should get plenty of results that should offer some inspiration.

I've sculpted and destroyed three different backpacks and have decided on melding the backpack features into his back. Still have to put the arm portions of the backpack on after the brown stuff dries. Right shoulderpad and eyes have been added since last post, I'm playing around with belt buckle ideas so don't expect the Tzeentch symbol to stay( it's just too big).
