embuchho
Is that a melta-pistol I see her with? And do the book or scroll correlate to anything in the Codex? Just wondering before I assemble her and the WYSISYG rules apply in some way I didn't anticipate. Thanks. Melissia
By "melta-pistol" you mean "inferno pistol", which is basicly the same thing but with a cooler name? The book is not necessary really, I'd just cut it off and put a sword in her hand instead. It probably could represent a few things in the codex (book of st lucius, for example, or litanies of faith) but it's completely unnecessary. embuchho
I got that figure to build and paint my wife in mini. Yes, this is totally mental and waaaaaay nerdy but I figure this way she'll get off my case when I am painting other figures, too (Templars). She didn't like the weapons and wanted me to put on the scroll. She liked the inferno pistol because the bolter looked real. Go figure. Hmph, wives. Anyway, the figure is excellent and I want to do it justice, including understanding what the loadout means. Thanks for the response. The Superbird
Wait, doesn't she come with a sword wielding hand, so why would u go to the bother of cutting the book from her hand to replace with a sword. I made a cool inquistor with a left over part from the cannoness model. I got the Nurse from the Witch Hunter Inquisitor set, cut her left arm off below the elbow and replaced with the Bolt pistol hand, looks pretty sweet, now I have a cool female inquisitor without a silly hair - do !! :P Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/162383-sob-cannonness-figure-equipment/#findComment-1910793 Share on other sites

Melissia
Well, I didn't cut off the hand from my own Canoness, but I do have plans on doing that with a Living Saint's sword.
