I wouldn't outflank them separately though, even with outflank they still move slowly and can be avoided for a while (though the run rule has done a lot to alter this).

Okay, so anything with Combat Tactics can Outflank, then Land Raiders cannot Outflank as they are not in the Dedicated Transport section of the army list as they are listed as Heavy Support. I guess I should clarify my previous comment then! Khan's special ability extends to any unit WITH Combat Tactics OR Dedicated Transports. Dreadnoughts, Predators, Land Raiders, GKT and so very many other units can not make use of Outflank.

Not to beat a dead horse, but Terminators can take a Land Raider of any type as a dedicated transport. I can see why there might be some disagreement here, as Land Raiders are not listed in the Dedicated Transport section; however, I think it is fairly explicitly laid out in the Terminator section as it even has a boldfaced section 'Dedicated Transport' in the unit entry.
