longscope
I'm starting a land raider for a painting contest over on Deviant Art. I thought I'd throw up a link to see what you guys thought so far. http://longscope.deviantart.com/gallery/ One question though. Should I leave the seams between the armor panels (top of hull to sides, etc) with a bit of a gap (to emphasize the plates)? or should I fill them with greenstuff before paint. Opinions welcome. I'll update this as I go along, I have to have the whole thing done by May 1st. Peakey
I think you should fill them with greenstuff IMHO. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/165070-royal-venom-land-raider/#findComment-1942643 Share on other sites
longscope
I think you should fill them with greenstuff IMHO. That's kind of what I'm leaning towards as well. If I could get the poly cement to stick better it wouldn't be an issue. But it seems that the larger GW pieces tend to warp a bit once they're out of the mold. I don't know if that's a common problem for everybody, but it's been my experience so far.
