sexiest_hero Posted April 15, 2009 Share Posted April 15, 2009 A 2 hour project I did, Tried to get the lighting to reflect correctly(ish) and getting the background to show through the hose and bell tower was hard work. Berzerker Pezz Posted April 15, 2009 Share Posted April 15, 2009 It's cool and all but there is way too much unoccpied space to the left. It makes the piece feel right-heavy and unbalanced. I'd make the tower larger in order to make it a more prominent element of the composition, right now it feels like an add-on. OR you can shift/rotate the lightning and crop it a bit. As far as color choice I'm tempted to say to make the plague tower more blue or make the sky more of a green hue in order to tie the theme together.. green and blue would work but the purple throws me off.
