chaplainmikey
With the Guard dex out in the very near future, and my gun-nutt friend once again seeing an opportunity to demonstate his affinity for tactics *cough-lascannons-cough*,i also saw an opportunity to get the remnants of my chaos army back together. The scheme i've gone with is literally just 2 colours, gren and silver, and is so simple and quick to paint, which might help me actually finish this army. http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s301/mikeymouatt/th_marine002.jpg http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s301/mikeymouatt/th_marine001.jpg Once i've bought a spray gun it will be even quicker and easier to paint these marines, and i should have a decent looking army in no-time. Now i've just to decided if they are gonna be Nurgle worshippers(they are green)... chaplainmikey
Hi, @lee265 -funny you should mention Slaanesh as before i decided on silver for the trims i painted his right shoulder trim purple. After 10 minutes of looking at it i decded that the purple looked too awkwad and conflicting against the green. @Pezz- Yeah,i suppose he does look like a Purge marine. Captain Pugno
you shouldn't feel restricted by the coulour as to their dedicated patron - any God would be happy for a green marine to worship them nice job by the way ;) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/166685-test-chaos-marine/#findComment-1969266 Share on other sites

nurglephill
you could just paint your army that scheme and have your icon bearers have interchangible icons. make five icons for each that way your guys can be any god or undivided as you see fit..... Epic Thoughts
Green looks good. Did you use a stock paint for it, or was there some mixing going on? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/166685-test-chaos-marine/#findComment-1970592 Share on other sites
