Burias-Drak'shal Posted April 22, 2009 Share Posted April 22, 2009 Hello guys. I joined this site to give my painting a kickstart. I have many models unpainted and Im trying to change that. Its because there still awaiting a coat matt varnish, and I dont think the camera was helping much either, but I certainly see your point. Heres where Im up to now. I still need to go over with badab black as metallics still abit bright in a couple of places, and also to do the horns on the helmets and shoulder pads, and of course the chapter icons transfers. In the pictures the armour looks brighter than it actually is. Though I think the shading and highlights on calgar are to subtle, and it generally needs to neatened up. Im also hoping to finish them before mid Autumn. I havent decided exactly on the number of points of each of the two armies, but at least 2000pts each. I will be doing both Iron warriors and Word Bearers as they are my two favourite legions.
