I use it as an ally for my Space Marines in Apocalypse games, but I don't know if that is enough of an association to keep it up here. Just because it can be an allied unit with Marines doesn't satisfy the power armor requirements. Your tanks have a sketchy link as it is to power armor but it is far more feasible for the tanks to be actual Marine vehicles where as this clearly is Imperial Navy.
