Yeah, it's not really Space Marine related, directly at least. I use it as an ally for my Space Marines in Apocalypse games, but I don't know if that is enough of an association to keep it up here. No hard feelings if it must be removed, I figured it was worth a shot though.

It isn't. Power armor only. Just because it can be an allied unit with Marines doesn't satisfy the power armor requirements. Your tanks have a sketchy link as it is to power armor but it is far more feasible for the tanks to be actual Marine vehicles where as this clearly is Imperial Navy.
