When to disembark from Land Raider

Hey i have a Apoc game coming up and i want to use my LRR to full use and i want to know when you can send out the Terminators

 

becuase i was hoping of setting up 18'' away from the oppostion (he plays a Khorne army so very combaty) so his footsloggers can't charge my tanks if he gets first turn

but if i get first turn i could rush them forward and then move my terminators out of the Land Raider and assault

 

so i am basically asking do i empty my termies before or after the Land Raider has moved

and secondly if i can take them out in the assault phase and then charge

Read the BRB, in the Transports section in the vehicles so you know how to use them. That will tell you when you can and cannot disembark.

 

You can only disembark in the Movement phase, no exceptions. This can be before or after the vehicle moves.
