Megalodon
I'm getting ready to do a bunch of Mk IV armor conversions for my Space Wolf army. Would you guys be interested in me making a step by step tutorial? http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v673/EasyEight/mk4_maximus.jpg Here is the test model. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v673/EasyEight/40K/Wolves/SWMkIV001a-1.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v673/EasyEight/40K/Wolves/SWMkIV002.jpg Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/167082-mk-iv-armor-tutorial/ Share on other sites

FuriousFerret
By all means! Vassakov
Is that a AoBR mini, perchance? If so, then yes, if solely to make them look less Codex! Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/167082-mk-iv-armor-tutorial/#findComment-1968768 Share on other sites

I'll let y'all know when it goes up! Sorry Vassakov it's not an AoBR mini just a standard marine from the tactical box. Megalodon
Oh and is it me or does your GS'ed knees in the last shot look a bit off? :P Great work on the helmet and chest though! A bit off from that drawing, but not too far from the actual Mk IV miniatures. I made them a little taller to help cover the deficit from the original round knee pad. Megalodon
I'm glad you guys are still looking forward to this, but keep in mind the beak on the Mk 4 helmet is probably the hardest part. I'll be trying to show as much detail as I can for making the helmet.
